Shipment

Shipping is free to main distribution points (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban) for all orders over R1 000, for all other off -main cities a customized shipping fee will apply.

Returns

 A product may be returned subject to the following:

1. The product is faulty
2. The product is not the product ordered
3. The product does not perform to the Manufacturer’s specifications

1. Items must be returned within 7 days (freight allowing)
2. The original sales docket or tax invoice must accompany the return
3. Items must be returned in original packaging
4. Returns with opened packaging will only be accepted 
   a. if the goods are faulty 
   b. If any items that Soundselect despatch have damaged in transit
5.  Only once Soundselect has recieved the returned goods and checked the goods will a decision be made.
6. Any costs incurred in returning items to Soundselect are the responsibility of the purchaser.
7. Returned goods are to be exchanged for other items or a store credit will be issued for purchasing other items.
8. Refunds are at the discretion of the manager and prior approval must be obtained before any product is returned.

Returned goods need to be inspected by trained technical staff before a decision is made as to how the return will be handled. Items cannot simply be swopped out before this procedure has been followed and fault has been identified.

Second hand goods are sold “as is” and no return of them is possible for any reason whatsoever.

Limitation of liability

WeBuyUsedSound.co.za shall under no circumstances whatsoever, including as a result of its negligent (including grossly negligent) acts or omissions or those of its directors members employees agents or other persons for whom in law it may be liable (in whose favour this constitutes a stipulatio alteri), be liable for any direct indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage of any kind whatsoever or howsoever caused (whether arising under contract, delict or otherwise and whether the loss was actually foreseen or reasonably foreseeable), sustained by the purchaser arising from the use of the site.

WeBuyUsedSound.co.za, it’s directors members employees agents representatives of affiliates and suppliers shall not be liable for any loss, damage (whether direct indirect or consequential) or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered as a result of or which may be attributable directly or indirectly to the use of or reliance upon the site (including any information contained therein) or the Internet.

Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in these terms and conditions and without limitation or prejudice to any other limitations or exclusions of liability, WeBuyUsedSound.co.za aggregate liability shall in no circumstances whatsoever exceed the purchase price, without interest, paid to the purchaser for the goods.
